Our Micro Balances has been designed to meet high requirement for measuring small masses with high readability (d = 1 mg). They are equipped with graphic display/with user menu.

In order to guarantee proper accuracy of measurement, a half automatic system of external calibration with E 1 standard weight has been applied.

Micro balance consist of two balance components. One of them contains electronic modules & other precise mechanical measuring system. Such solution guarantees elimination of temperature changes influencing the indication micro balance.

Micro balances series CM ore offered with 4 capacity 2gm, 5gm, 11gm & 21gm (with readability 1 mg) balances are equipped with esthetic, cylindrical shaped weighing chamber with glass draft shield. All elements of weighing chamber ore manufacture from glass or metal which minimize the influence of electro-static charges on weighing result. Micro Balance equipped with user friendly menu User has access to multiple functions & measuring units which allow for specification for working requirements. Micro Balances software allows for composition of GLP procedures as standard printout freely definable non-standard printout series.

Balances CM is equipped with RS 232, PS 2 o/p & possibility of connecting additional display as standard.

The following performance features make your quality assurance procedures much easier: Filter weighing: Models CM5F have been specially designed for weighing filters of up to 100 mm in diameter. The draft shield is made completely of metal, thereby minimizing the interfering effects of static electricity.

Pipette Calibration: Model CM21P have been specially designed for calibration of pipettes. Non-centrically located aperture in the upper part of the chamber makes it easier to insert a pipette. This allows pipette calibration with a closed weighing chamber to obtain micro gram accuracy.

Infra Red Sensor: Thanks to infrared sensors, you can weigh without touching the balance. Everything is done automatically with a wave of your hand. You can focus completely on the sample, and weigh valuable or toxic substances safely and without spilling.

Glass draft shield:
Balances are equipped with esthetic, cylindrical shaped motorized draft shield with small glass. A special coating on the glass inside the chamber eliminates interfering factors such as those caused by electro statically charged objects.

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry is an elemental analysis technique with broad application in science and industry.

XRF is based on the principle that individual atoms, when excited by an external energy source, emit X-ray photons of a characteristic energy or wavelength.

By counting the number of photons of each energy emitted from a sample, the elements present may be identified and quantitated.

Aczet’s XRF product is based on a German technology, used to measure the composition and purity of materials and is mainly applied in industrial quality control and in process control for manufacturing processes in industries such as Jewellery, Metals and Mining, Construction materials and Chemicals.

Technology:

Different Energy Dispersive Detectors are available for Measurement of XRF, such as proportional counter (PC), PIN Diodes and silicon drift detectors( SDD).

The physical principle of these detectors are very different. A PC uses a mixture of a Noble gas with a quench gas that is ionized by an incident radiation.

The electrons are accelerated in the electric field and can ionized by other gas atoms resulting in an international amplification. In this case the energy for generation of the primary signal is relatively high.
In solid state detector (PIN,SDD),the incident radiation generates charge carriers which are collected by an electric field.

The energy to generate the primary signal is significantly lower than for a PC. that is higher the number of primary charge carriers can be generated. This reduces the statistical error and improves the energy resolution.

Proportional Counter Detector Gas filled proportional counter has distinct advantages like high efficiency wide bandwidth larger area Where it can be scaled to arbitrarily large size.
