The Business development department is in search of newer avenues for doing business. This 10 member Business development team is spread across India and it meets the entrepreneurs willing to be part of the citizen family. The main functions of the team are Selection of the right business partners. Ensuring that the dealer sales target are achieved from time to time. Providing support to the business partners in strategizing & expanding the market.




Director Customer and Projects Department
A team of 10 people are working of engineers and Regional managers along with the support staff in accounts, finance and legal departments. The function includes: Strategic tie-ups with the distributor and the direct customer at the branch office level The same department has an offshoot, which completely focuses on govt. sales and tenders. The projects department undertakes various projects in industrial and business sectors.




Publication and Communication Department
  • Being the backbone of the company this department of 5 people working in various capacities.
  • The department Controls the design and production of product catalogue every quarter.
  • Apart from the from the print media, the department devises promotional tools for the project as well as designs and plans ad. Campaigns on Television, jingles and press releases.
  • The department controls the design aspect of web media.
  • Other responsibilities include designing emailers, flash presentations and 3D simulated product models and explodable product diagram for training the after sales service personnel and customer information .




E- marketing Department
The 2 member e-marketing department plays a support role by providing e-marketing support to various departments :
  • Maintaining the databases of the customers.
  • Conducting market surveys.
  • Product promotions through e- marketing.
  • Similarly the department supports the publication division by conducting e- marketing for the catalog advertisers.




Customer Care Department

The company has 24 Hrs call center which caters to :
  • Product and customer enquiry.
  • After sales Service enquiry.
  • Business partners query.
